Terms and Conditions
The stuff you need to agree to before we make friends:
- Payments are made in advance of product delivery via our online merchant services.
- If your product is wrong…as in legitimately wrong, we will make it right. Not if you changed your mind on colour or wore the item. All QR Codes are tested before shipping.
- Custom orders cannot be returned. Shocking right? We will make your shirt as per your specs. Once the order is printing we cannot make changes.
Return Policy
An item may be exchanged for the same if the size is incorrect, writhing 15 days from delivery. The item must be unknown and in its original condition.
Contact us at orders@justalilsalty.ca to inquire about returns. No returns on custom orders.
